Easter Weekend Menu


Breakfasts
Toast, jam, cereal (2 choices), eggs and 1 of the following: bacon, mushrooms or sausages.
Tea, coffee and juice.

Packed lunches
A self serve packed lunch where the following will be available to make up a lunch.
Bread, cheese, cooked meats, boiled eggs, spreads, salad, fruit, biscuits.

Friday evening dinner
Beef lasagne or Tomato and lentil moussaka (V)
Served with salad, garlic bread and potato salad
Meringues served with berries and cream

Saturday evening dinner
Salmon with basil and sundried tomatoes or peppers stuffed with feta, quinoa and pine nuts (V) with yoghurt dressing
Rice, vegetables
Chocolate surprise

Sunday evening dinner
Goat’s cheese stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon or Mexican enchiladas with cheese (V)
Potato wedges, vegetables
Lime cheesecake
